Using the site

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or order with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account.

Please don't misuse the site: no fraudulent orders, scraping, attempts to break security or abusive reviews.

Products and prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any COD fee are shown at checkout.

We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary, and hand-finished pieces vary by design. Size charts are a guide.

If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds or, for Cash on Delivery, when we confirm it by email. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We may refuse or cancel orders as described in our Cancellation Policy.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

Coupons and offers

Discount codes have their own conditions (minimum order, validity, usage limits), can't be exchanged for cash, and only one code applies per order. We may end an offer at any time.

Intellectual property

The Lucky Ducks name, logo, designs, photos and content on this site belong to Luckyducks. Don't copy or use them commercially without written permission.

Reviews

Reviews can be posted by customers who bought the item. By posting, you allow us to show your review on the site. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake or unrelated to the product.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
