Where we ship

We ship to serviceable pincodes across India. We don't ship internationally at the moment.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Hand-finished Rare Pieces may take a little longer to dispatch; we'll let you know if so.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges and any free-shipping threshold are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. Cash on Delivery, where available, may carry a small handling fee, also shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also see the status and tracking link under My Account, My Orders.

Failed delivery

Please make sure your address, pincode and mobile number are correct. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or delivery was refused, prepaid orders are refunded after deducting shipping charges both ways. Refused Cash on Delivery orders may lead to COD being turned off for future orders.
