Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Items purchased under sale, clearance, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or refund.
For hygiene reasons, accessories such as masks, socks, and caps cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size-related issues only and are subject to product availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose between a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing order details and supporting images.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Pack the item securely and ship it back as advised.
